Reeve Rosamund

Reeve Rosamund works out of a one-room house behind a big desk, looking over half-moon glasses. She told the party about the thefts from the granary and smokehouse, admitted the town can't afford the Gilded Hand, and ran through everybody else's problems: Dunquat's stone, Vaughn's woods, Mikael's sickness, Tansy's traps, Harim's leather, and Orson, who wanted to see the heroes.
